Quimidroga has reached a trade agreement with Molendum for the distribution of its range of products. Through this partnership, Quimidroga extends the range of natural products. Molendum manufactures stabilised flours, pregelatinized flours, special flours (with optimal nutritional profile) and breadcrumbs. These are flours from ancient grains (quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat…), from all kinds of pulses and also from gluten-free cereals, as part of its commitment to remove allergens. The distribution agreement is valid for the Spanish, Portuguese, French and North African market.
Molendum is a Spanish company of milling tradition belonging to Dacsa’s group and which is expert in special and functional flours for the food industry intended to meet the requirements of clients with special needs (coeliac, vegetarians, vegans, etc.) and at the same time functional in order to substitute additives such as hydrocolloids, modified starches, etc.
